H2 Health Announces the Acquisition of Physical Therapy Today of Lubbock
Transaction expands H2’s regional coverage throughout Texas
Jacksonville, Florida — May 8, 2023 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced today the acquisition of Physical Therapy Today of Lubbock (PTT), the leading provider of therapy services in Lubbock, Texas, and throughout the Texas panhandle. Twin Brook Capital Partners provided debt financing in connection with the transaction as part of a larger refinancing of H2 Health.
Founded in 2003, PTT has a long-standing reputation as entrusted healthcare leaders in all the communities they serve. From Lubbock to Garland, to Amarillo, PTT has carefully staged its growth and has a tremendous track record of successful denovo expansion throughout the region.
Guy Sansone, CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of H2 Health noted, “We are beyond thrilled to add the PTT team to our H2 Family. After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own or operate over 180 clinic locations of which 40 are located in our Texas and Oklahoma region. H2 Health operates physical therapy clinics for adults, as well as, pediatric therapy and applied behavior analysis for children, and the Company anticipates adding these services throughout the state.
