With a prescription from your Doctor, we will come to your home at a mutually agreed upon time and spend 55-75 minutes with you for each physical therapy session. As you progress in your healing journey, we can continue to work with you in your home, or transition you to one of our physical clinic locations if appropriate. Our Staff is top notch with some of the best physical therapists in the Tampa Bay Area, with 30 plus years of experience for each therapist.
This service is exclusive for traditional Medicare members and does not include Medicare Advantage or Medicare replacement plans. The good news is, our outpatient clinics, conveniently located around Tampa, St Petersburg, and Brandon, FL accept these plans and more. Medicare requires a referral to receive any therapy services, but don't let a referral slow your recovery journey. If you need help obtaining a referral, please reach out to us for assistance. We can work with your primary care doctor to get a referral signed so you can receive the care you need.
Yes! Our therapy team will send updates to your primary care and specialty doctors on your progress. We will also follow any protocols provided by your physician to ensure your plan of care is collaborative.
This is dependent upon your goals and recommendations from your therapy team. During your initial evaluation, your therapist will recommend how much therapy is needed given your diagnosis. We take your doctor's recommendation in the case that they provide a frequency while also being respectful of your schedule and daily life.
