"I have struggled with chronic shoulder dislocations for close to 6 years. With a high risk for such a traumatic injury, I had little to no faith going into Physical Therapy. Well I went, and it was a delightful decision. My diagnostic day was utilized wonderfully; setting me up to allow for a full recovery. By Nick & Kate I was given invaluable advice on many occasions pertaining to exercises to help, how to do exercises I struggled with properly, and the exercises I did during my sessions were extremely helpful! As far as my shoulders go, I received the injury in a football game and given the complicated nature of shoulder issues I was what people would call “hopeless.” Given my current physical state, mental state, and time utilized at BTWPT there was no reason for me to feel hopeless. Nevertheless, staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable."
