  Work out at your own pace in our state-of-the-art fitness center. This is offered at both locations

  Medicare Wellness is designed for seniors who are looking to move better, feel better, and improve the overall quality of their health and fitness. Come to the gym 1-6 days a week for free!

• Small Group Athlete Training: $80 Per Group for 1 Hour Session
  

  The more people in the small group, the less each member owes! Train as a team and take advantage of group athletic training.

• Hitting & Pitching Sessions: Prices vary by Coach
  

  Corrective exercises performed with performance movements will improve performance with pitching specifically and decrease overall injury risk.

• Personal Training Sessions: Prices vary by Coach
  

  With one-on-one training and supervision from our personal trainer, you’ll see results faster than with a membership alone. Ask for Sam to learn more!

• Cage Rentals: Prices vary by Coach
  

  Member rates: 30 minutes- $10
  Non-Member rates: 30 minutes- $20

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel membership at the end of the current term by providing notice at least 5 days before the membership renews.
Hold Policy: Members may put memberships on hold by providing advance notice and giving return date.
