TEAYS VALLEY FITNESS PROGRAM
Former patients, their family members and friends are eligible to join our GetFit program, which features development of a personalized fitness plan that best meets your goals. We encourage you to bring a friend or family member as the “buddy system” makes exercising more enjoyable and you will be more likely to stick with it!
Monthly fee- A monthly fee of $30.00/month per member covers an unlimited number of monthly GetFit visits.
Discount for additional family members- Current members and members of their family may receive a $5/month discount each when they have a monthly membership together.
How GetFit Works
Orientation
At your first visit, you’ll be shown how to properly use the equipment, develop your workout and begin your workout program.
Scheduling
During your orientation the staff member will discuss how to schedule your appointment times.
Attire
Please wear appropriate workout clothes and come prepared to exercise on your first visit.
Availability
Members may exercise during regular clinic hours at both our Hurricane and St. Albans facilities. TPTC is closed holidays and weekends, and the available hours may occasionally change due to staff meetings.
Supervised instruction
A clinical staff member must be on the premises at all times during workouts.
Screenings
We also provide blood pressure screenings along with body fat analysis, when requested.
