In February of 2020, H2 Health became its own, privately owned company serving 60 outpatient therapy locations across five states. Now, we have expanded its clinic count to over 200 outpatient therapy locations nationwide and expanded service lines and local community access to care including care in the home and in senior living communities.

While working to become H2 Health, we had the opportunity to meet numerous locally owned and operated clinics who shared our same values and vision and wanted what we were creating for their teams. We found that many of these private therapy owners wanted the benefits of a bigger company without losing the legacy of quality they had worked so hard to establish, which we embrace as a company.
